Sudhakar Shenoy

Sudhakar V. Shenoy is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Information Management Consultants, Inc. (IMC), a systems and software development firm serving both the governmental and commercial sectors. A frequent speaker in the information technology and business process re-engineering area, Shenoy serves on numerous regional and statewide boards and commissions, including the State of Virginia Technology Commission, the board of directors of the Innovative Technology Authority, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Northern Virginia Business Roundtable, and the Virginia Legislative Process Study Commission.

Throughout the years, Shenoy has been recognized and honored for his active community participation. The accolades have ranged from being named by Time magazine as among the Who's Who of Washington, D.C.'s Movers and Shakers to one of the 40 most influential Global Players in the Washington, D.C. region, according to Business Forward magazine.

Shenoy received a B. Tech degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut Schools of Engineering and Business Administration. He resides in Great Falls with his wife, Bina, and daughters, Sushma and Divya.
